All the classes will be carried out in English. The text contents will be provided in the e-learning system: LMS like a Moodle system. The students should do presentation after reading the text and their materials should be uploaded on the forum boards.
To be a person who can have got knowledge on and understanding the broad ICT/cyber security, and can do secure programming, analysis of server log data set including big data analysis, reverse engineering for computer forensics and/or network forensics, and embedded system security for sensor network system.
The course consists of 5 blocks and 15 classes. In the 1st block titled "Threats in the Bot Network," we learn the cyber attacks against the servers and PC clients, in the 2nd block titled "Installation of Information Security Policy," we see how the information security policy will be installed into the campus information system, in the 3rd block titled "Problems and future in the IDS," we understand the intrusion detection/prevention system and introduction of it, in the 4th blocks titled "Secure C/C++ Programming," we study secure programming on the C/C++ or machine languages to decrease or mitigate vulnerabilities in the program codes, and in the last block titled "Usability on the Network Forensics," we discuss the usability of the digital forensics including network and computer forensics.
